By submitting a track you confirm you own or control the rights to promote it and that the link you submit points to an official, publicly available release.

Payments and refunds

Bids are advertising purchases and are non-refundable once your position is live, including when you are outbid. Failed or incomplete payments never change your position.

Copyright and takedown

We link to official services and never host audio. To report infringing or prohibited content, contact copyright@thelivechart.example and we will remove listings that violate this policy.

Prohibited content

Leaked, unlicensed, hateful or illegal material is removed without refund.
